April is National Grilled Cheese Month after all (um yesterday was grilled cheese DAY)- so I’ve been doing my job to celebrate it every chance that I’ve gotten. I mean, you do remember the strawberry nutella “grilled cheese” concoction right? Yum.
There’s just something about grilled cheese that brings back childhood memories. I think mine were more of the Wonder Bread and Kraft singles variety. Buttery and cut into 4 triangles, always triangles..nothing else would suffice. Typically served along with a mug of tomato soup, not homemade- but that delicious Campbell’s can.
Who’s with me on this?
This is also one of my favorites to enjoy- and not so much a recipe as an idea. Feel free to change up the cheese or meat.
What’s your fave grilled cheese idea? I need some new ones around here!
YMC’s Fave Grilled Cheese- Turkey Apple and Cheddar
